Office Location: Kildare

Our client is a leading international Main Contractor with offices in several European countries and North America.

Involved in heavy industrial, manufacturing and Data Centre sectors they are currently investing in a specialist preconstruction department, independently run with a responsibility for all Data Centre projects in Mainland Europe.

You will report to a Pre-construction Director and work alongside preconstruction managers, planners, and Civil/Mech/Elec engineers prioritising the standardization of DC design/preconstruction activities up to early-stage project delivery.

Develop overall campus/site logistics strategy and plan in line with construction programme and sequencing to include all pedestrian walkways and plant segregation zones.
Design welfare and accommodation need and liaise with suppliers to ascertain plan to execute.
Develop access/agree plan identifying all points of entry for both vehicular and pedestrian access.
Develop a crane strategy for locations in line with the construction sequence.
Liaise with local authorities with regard to public road access and traffic management/permission.
Ensure any planning conditions with regard to site setup and enablement are captured in the project plan.
If required, develop a site security need in line with the project and client needs

Previous exposure and experience of large campus logistics set up and delivery.
Understanding of large campus enablement and logistics strategy.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Ability to organise and direct subcontractor and direct labour resource efficiently
Self-motivator and resilient.
Bluebeam or similar proficient.
